Installation & Site
How long does installation take?
Depending on the size of the shed installations are usually completed with in a day, smaller sheds can be half day
What access do your installers need?
Can you install on a sloped section?
Yes, our installers work with sloped sites often. A fall of 200mm is included in our pricing as standard, for larger slopes we have a surcharge and our team will take care to ensure the shed is level and secure. We can assess the slope through photos or site visit to determine if there will be any additional charges for your site.
Customisation & Options
Can I customise the size of my shed?
Yes, all our sheds are built to order in our factory in East Tamaki, so we can customise the dimensions to suit your space. Let us know your preferred dimensions & we can advise the best option to fit your site.
Can I choose where the door goes?
Yes, door placement can be customised to suit your layout and access needs.
Do you offer clearlite panel in roof or windows?
Yes, we offer optional extras including clearlite panels and windows to allow natural light inside your shed.
Durability & Materials
Will the shed get condensation?
Like any steel structure, condensation can occur. We offer paper and netting in the ceiling as an optional extra to help reduce this if you are storing household items.
What type of steel do you use?
We use high-quality NZ COLORSTEEL® with game changing ACTIVATE® Technology, COLORSTEEL MAXAM® designed for NZ conditions read more about NZ Colorsteel here
Can I add Coastal protection?
COLORSTEEL MAXAM® with ACTIVATE® Technology now comes with coastal protection included (refer warranties). We also can upgrade fixings to stainless steel if required.
Aftercare & shed removal
Can you remove my old shed?
Yes, we can quote to remove and dispose of your existing shed prior to installation. Please send through a photo & dimensions of the shed and we can quote based on this
Do you service areas outside Auckland?
Yes, we service wider Auckland and have completed installations from Taupo to Whangarei and beyond. Please contact us to confirm if we install in your location.
What maintenance does the shed require?
Very little- we recommend occasional washing to remove dirt and debris, especially in coastal areas. Please refer to our recommended maintenance information here
